Is there an age or height limit for the mini course?

The mini course has a height & age limit for participants. You must be aged between 3 - 7 years old and under 1.2m in height. If you are over the 1.2m in height, please use the XXL course (Parents will be required to participate with their child if under 7 years old, on the XXL course)

Is there an age limit for the XXL course?

Accepted Answer

No, there is no age limit. However, all participants must be at least 1.2 meters tall. If a child meets the height requirement but is under 7 years old, a parent or guardian must accompany them on the course. Only one adult is required to supervise a group of children under 7

How much time do you get on the course?

You will get 1 hour of unlimited goes on Action Arena.

If it rains, what happens?

The course is even better when it rains! Rain will not stop the event, it will go ahead as planned.

Do i have to go on the course with my child?

Accepted Answer

For our Mini course, parents MUST supervise their child around the outside of the course. You cannot leave your child unattended on the course.

For the XXL course, you do not have to supervise your child if they are over the age of 7+. If you wish to go on with them, you must purchase a ticket. Spectators will be stood outside of the course perimeter.  If a child meets the height requirement but is under 7 years old, a parent or guardian must accompany them on the course. Only one adult is required to supervise a group of children under 7. This is for their safety and assurance.

Do i have to buy a ticket to spectate?

No, you can spectate for free. We have an area for spectators to watch while others participate on the course. We will have a range of food and drink offers available at each location. Please check via the individual location web pages for the exact offerings.

What do i need to bring with me?

You MUST bring socks to take part. Please ensure you bring water with you, as its important to stay hydrated! If it rains, please bring a spare change of clothes, as you'll get wet.

Do you have lockers available at the event for my belongings?

We will have areas for you to leave your shoes when joining the course. Please note that we recommend leaving any valuables at home, in your car or with someone not taking part. All items left within the shoe drop zone are left at the owners risk. Only those who are on the course will have access to the shoe drop zone.

Do you have toilets available at the event?

All locations will have toilets available. Some locations will have the use of public toilets while others will have portloo's available on site.

Do you have food and drink available at the event?

Yes, We will have a range of delicious food available on-site including main meals, sweet treats & coffee stalls. We will also have seating area's available within the arena for those spectating & using the course to occupy.

When should i arrive?

Please remember to arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before your session starts. We recommend joining the queue 5-10 minutes before the session start time.

Do i have to purchase tickets in advance?

We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as a lot of our locations sell out prior to the start of the event. We will have the ability for guests to purchase tickets on the door, if there is availability.

What if im running late for my session?

We will be permitting entry onto the course up until 15 minutes before the end of the session. If you miss your session altogether, please visit the box office to see when the next available slot is. We will try our best to accommodate late arrivals but fees may apply.

Do i need to sign a waiver?

When purchasing a ticket for our inflatable obstacle course, you are required to check a box upon check out that binds you into an agreement of abiding by our terms and conditions of use for Action Arena. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to purchase tickets. This agreement includes recognising and accepting any associated risks involved with using the course. By voluntarily participating, individuals take full responsibility for their own safety along with their Childs and well-being while navigating the obstacle course. All users take part entirely at their own risk. Our priority is to ensure a fun and enjoyable experience for all participants while emphasising the importance of personal accountability and adherence to safety guidelines.

Can i bring a dog?

Yes, Dogs are permitted within the spectating area however, they must be on leads at all times. Please ensure you clean up after your dog.

Do i need to be fit to take part?

Participants of varying abilities and fitness levels are welcome to join in the fun at Action Arena. However, it's important to recognise and respect your personal limits. While the course is designed to provide enjoyment for all, certain obstacles and challenges may require a level of energy, stamina, and agility. Rest assured, you can navigate the course at your own pace, and any challenges can be bypassed if you prefer not to attempt them.

The challenge is not recommended for individuals with specific medical conditions, including heart problems, breathing difficulties, back, neck, joint, knee, or ankle issues, as well as current or pre-existing fractures or broken bones. Additionally, those who are pregnant or suspect they may be pregnant are advised against participation due to health concerns.

By booking your spot, you acknowledge your fitness to participate and assume the associated risks. While stringent health and safety standards are upheld to minimize these risks, it's important to recognize that some level of risk remains inherent in the activity. Participants engage in the challenge at their own discretion, understanding and accepting these inherent risks.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once tickets have been purchased, we allow a 24 hour cooling off period for refunds to be issued. Apart from this, no cancellations or refunds will be accommodated under any other circumstances. If the event is cancelled by the event organiser, we will do our best to move your booking or offer refunds accordingly.
